Please note that all memberships submitted prior to September 1st are applied to the current calendar year and will expire on December 31st of this year. If you submit on September 1st or later, the membership will be applied to the following calendar year.

DONATIONS:
Donations for the Ruth D. Peterson Fellowship for Racial and Ethnic Diversity may be made via this application. However, other donations to ASC Divisions are not available on the membership application but may be accessed on our donation page. (You can also support the Ruth D. Peterson Fellowship for Racial and Ethnic Diversity by purchasing ASC merchandise.)

DIVISION DUES:

You cannot join ASC's Divisions via this membership form.
Division memberships must be purchased on a dedicated form (Division Add-On Form) that can be found on your Profile home page (accessible only by current members). Once they have been added to your account, they will be available during the renewal process unless you request removal first.
Division memberships are only available for purchase for the current membership year from January 1st through August 31st.
If you are completing this membership form on or after September 1st, please note that the ASC membership dues are automatically applied to the following calendar year. Any Division membership purchases will have to wait until January 1st. We will send out a reminder at that time with a link to join the Divisions.

PUBLICATIONS: Members receive complimentary online access to the Society's two journals, Criminology and Criminology & Public Policy (both published quarterly), as well as the Society's newsletter, The Criminologist, which contains short articles, news of the Society, notices of professional meetings, requests for proposals, calls for papers, job announcements, and general information pertinent to the field (published online six times a year).
