Please use this form to request the cancellation of a paper or panel.
Please submit a separate form for each request.
Cancellations requested by September 15th will be reflected in both the online and print programs. Requests received after this date will appear in the online program only.
Deadline: Cancellation requests must be submitted by October 15th. After this date, please notify your session chair directly.
